Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We are currently onboarding with Medicaid and accept private-pay as well. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you check.

Are your caregivers certified?

Yes. All support staff are CNA-certified, trauma-informed, and trained under JAOLA’s own safety and dignity standards.

What if I only need short-term help?

No problem. We don’t require contracts or long-term commitments. One visit or ongoing support — we adapt to you.

Do you provide care for undocumented families?

Absolutely. JAOLA is proud to serve all families regardless of immigration status. We do not report to immigration authorities, and we do not collect unnecessary legal documents.

While we comply with all federal and state regulations, let it be known that under current law, we are not permitted to share your private information with ICE, Homeland Security, or any government agency without a signed court order. That means your name, address, health needs, and service history are protected.
